References and links In the case of direct or indirect references to third-party websites ("hyperlinks"), outside the sphere of responsibility of the author, a liability undertaking would only enter into force in those cases where the author has knowledge of the content and where it would be technically possible and reasonable for him to prevent its use in the event of the content being unlawful.
